Before 2021 bills of property tax were raised by Gram Panchayat Nanded gaon and paid by PMS. From 2021 Gram Panchayat was dissolved and taken over by PMC. The bill of Property tax of PMC should also be paid by PMS and not by individual flat owner.

When I book flat at that time I ask questions abt property tax at that time marketing executive told there will be no any tax even NC become part of Pune corporation because NC is township project.Based on all this fact I take call to buy flat here.but look like he misguide.
