Music Therapy was an unheard therapy for me.🎼 Joining sessions conducted by Ruta Ma'am were really soothing & joyful experience for me. Made me feel so affirmative & relaxing about my pregnancy journey. Law of attraction session was a great part.Healing ragas and few more activities helped me from recovering my medical concerns. Wud like to express my gratitude towards Ruta for making such great wonders and making me belive that All goes well when you are positive, peaceful and happy. Thanks. I highly recommend attending her sessions they will surely help now and forever.🤗
Just like to share my feedback on Music therapy sessions you have taken. After having this session there’s quite positive impact on my daily thoughts or anxiety during this pregnancy phase. You teach so well about Om and mantra chanting, listening to different ragas and most importantly I have learnt how positively you can see not just this pregnancy phase but the whole life. Thanks for all the sessions. Would have joined this class earlier but still learnt many techniques in short span😇😇
Music Therapy is really very useful for Garbhsankar. I was unaware before your sessions. It brings discipline in the routine. Different activities are very well explained in your sessions. *Every month activities with Mantra and music are described very well. Similarly *sessions of law of attraction, gratitude, affirmation, visualisation and music for postpartum* are very helpful. Thanks for everything😊🙏
I loved Ruta's music therapy session. All the information during session was very useful. She gives us activities for nine months.She shared varieties of music for every month and that music is very peaceful.I really enjoyed her five days music workshop. She gives mantras for each month that is also very useful. I am following daily exercises and I feel very calm and positive. I also liked the law of attraction techniques. I would recommend this session to every beautiful mom's to be🫄🤱😘🥰

I've studied classical music, but I wasn't aware of its therapeutic benefits during pregnancy. Thank you for enlightening me on this topic. The music therapy sessions had helped me to securely communicate feelings vocally and nonverbally to improve emotional well-being. The best part I learned in this course is how to connect with my little one.
The Law of Attraction sessions were too good and it has helped me to have a positive attitude towards life.The activities that were conducted as part of this session had given me a different perspective to look at my life.

Had a wonderful expierence and impactful. Benefited in many ways - fostering one's self-awareness, uplifting mood. Enjoyed each and every session specially mantras, affirmation, visualization, drawing and sound meditation.
At the end of session one can feel really motivated and bring positive attitude to mom_to_be and baby throughout the journey of motherhood and later period.

First of all thank you so much for the session, it was very helpful and soothing. And the affirmations and gratefulness diary writing were very effective and also changed my perspectives for the whole day as well as during night!! It stimulated my happiness quotient and peacefulness!! Music therapy has been a lifesaver during my pregnancy journey when I started..It's helped me manage stress and anxiety, and even alleviated some of the physical discomforts like back pain and swelling. The calming atmosphere and soothing melodies have also improved my sleep quality. I love how music therapy has helped me bond with my baby – I feel like they're already responding to the rhythms and beats! It's been an incredible way to connect with my little one before they arrive.

Before joining, I was unaware of music therapy. During the first session, I learned about its benefits and positive impacts on our lives. It was a wonderful experience, and I enjoyed every session. I particularly liked Mantra Therapy and the musical activities such as drawing, sound meditation, Omkar, and Swanandgan. The Law of Attraction sessions were especially enlightening, teaching me how a positive attitude can change everything.

I truly appreciate each session, as they have all been helpful and engaging. Ruta, your enthusiasm for your work is inspiring and has motivated everyone to share in that passion.
The topics covered were meaningful and well-researched, particularly in relation to the pregnancy journey. I have found the practices of chanting "Om" and "Swara" to be beneficial, providing a sense of satisfaction as I connect with my baby. Additionally, listening to music and participating in sound meditation have significantly helped me manage stress and foster relaxation.
As you mentioned, music has also been instrumental in establishing a routine for my baby. I have set a specific time for music listening at 2:30 PM each day. If I happen to forget, I can feel the baby responding with kicks, reinforcing the connection we are building.
I also sing lullabies daily, and I notice that the baby often stops kicking in response, indicating that we are able to communicate in this special way.
Furthermore, the techniques of gratitude, affirmation, and visualization have enriched my thoughts about my baby’s qualities. These approaches have not only benefited my pregnancy but have also positively impacted my overall outlook on life.
